General Conditions for Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@repulsellc.com within 7 business days of
service delivery (or agreed milestone).
- Clients must provide clear reasons and supporting evidence for dissatisfaction with the
service.
- Refunds will only be issued if the request meets the conditions listed under each
service category below.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after services have been initiated or delivered.
- Client delays, lack of communication, or failure to provide required
information/materials.
- Third-party issues beyond our control (e.g., platform restrictions, algorithm
changes, hosting issues).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment
method.
Service-Specific Refund Terms
1. E-Books (Publishing, Ghostwriting, Editing, Proofreading & Book Marketing)
Eligible for Refund if:
- The manuscript delivered is plagiarized (proof required).
- The scope of work (word count, agreed outline, or editing level) is not met.
- Final delivery does not align with the agreed project brief despite multiple revision
requests.
Not Eligible for Refund if:
- The client approves drafts or final manuscripts.
- Marketing results do not meet subjective expectations (unless specific KPIs were
contractually guaranteed).
2. Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing)
Eligible for Refund if:
- Campaign setup or agreed deliverables (ads launched, posts scheduled, reports delivered)
are not initiated within the agreed timeline.
- The agreed strategy was not implemented at all.
Not Eligible for Refund if:
- Results fall below expectations where no specific performance guarantees were agreed
upon.
- Algorithm or policy changes by third-party platforms affect results.
- Services were rendered, but client-side approvals/inputs were delayed.
3. Mobile Application Design & Development
Eligible for Refund if:
- The delivered app does not meet the documented specifications agreed in the
contract/proposal.
- Project milestones are not delivered, and REPULSE LLC fails to rectify issues after
notice.
Not Eligible for Refund if:
- The client requests additional features or scope changes after development has started.
- The app fails to perform due to third-party API or platform restrictions outside REPULSE
LLC’s control.
- The client approves final design, code, or deployment.
Partial Refunds
Where significant progress has been made on a project but not fully delivered,
partial refunds may be considered, based on the percentage of work completed.
